Who won the bet?

Well I guess it wasn't a bet because baby cook will still buy their daddy a grill for Father's Day and I will still get whatever bedding I want for the monkey but it was fun to see what everyone else thought we were having...

So when we went to the doctor our little monkey decided they didn't really want to open their legs and kept putting their hands in their little face, I think we might have a shy child!  So our ultrasound tech gave us her prediction on what she saw but also told us she hasn't been wrong in 16 years.  A couple of days later that wasn't enough for me, what if they are WRONG, since they are said they were "pretty sure."  Then at the end informed me my next ultrasound would be at 36 weeks!

Once we got back to Chicago, I researched ultrasound places and found a sweet little place called First Peek, they got me in the same night and well our first lab technician was right...but this time we got a DVD of the ultrasound which is a pretty cool thing to have, ok so what if I have already looked at it twice since Wednesday!

SO...

I was right!  We are having a little GIRL!  We obviously just care if the baby has two eyes and 10 fingers and 10 toes and is healthy, but BRING ON THE TUTUS!  They even gave me a sweet pink balloon.

Not the best for a belly shot since I'm basically wearing a tent...
